RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event of the water butt arriving faulty or damaged please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order please advise us within 14 days of receiving the goods. A full refund will be provided as long as the goods are returned within 14 days of us being advised and they are returned in their original and saleable condition. The delivery charges will not be refunded .
